TWO HEARTS is not responsible for regular wear and tear with any of our products. If an item appears to be damaged before using, please contact us and we will discuss options to either give in store credit, replace the item or a refund can be permitted. 

Returns

We will only accept returns if the product is un-used. If upon opening your package and it seems the item may not work for you, please contact us to help you. If it ends up not being something that will work, we're happy to take it back in its new and unused condition.

Upon receiving the returned product, you will be refunded the cost of the item, less the return shipping, if we've provided the return label.
